Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
ﾷ Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
ﾷ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure target achievement
ﾷ Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share
ﾷ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth and retention
Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence
ﾷ Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and proactive service delivery

ﾷ Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through various lead generation activities
ﾷ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns for market penetration and growth
Business Planning & Operational Excellence
ﾷ Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve territory growth objectives
ﾷ Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
ﾷ Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including market analysis and growth projections
ﾷ Optimize operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations
