Your role:

• Create a Team of Medical Communication Executives for the city -4-5 Medical Communication Executives / Area Manager
• Train, develop, Guide MCE's wrt meetting HCP's and scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products
• Create and execute workshops for training MCE's to establish expertise in Scentific education of Mother/Baby care
• Create an infrastructure and MSL structure to cover 100 HCP's per MCE and establish relationship with top hospitals stakeholders
• Drive Recommendation from HCP's for Philips Avent products - tracking by IQperVIA
• Drive and ensure availability+Reco of Philips Avent across Gynnae, Paedias and Lactation consultations
• Establish deep working relationship with top Hospital chains in Gynae and Paedie
• Establish deep relationship with top 30 KOL's in Gynae and Padeia in the city
• Participate and engage in multiple conferences to push visibility of Philips Avent with HCP's and top hospitals
• Drive Sales in Hospital pharmacies for Philips Avent products
• Execute Scientific dissemination via programs like CME's and neonatal classes
  
  

You're the right fit if:

• Dynamic, Agile, Philips First Culture fit – 8+ years of experience, ideally 6-7 years of Med Rep and 2-3 years of ASM
• Strong communication skills as he/she will be the face of Philips reputation with doctors
• Experience in managing Gynae and Paedia in last few years of work assignment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
