The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing complex architectural projects using advanced design software and methodologies. A strong grasp of modern construction techniques is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is mandatory for this role.
• Ability to use SketchUp for creating detailed and accurate 3D models of interior and exterior designs.
• Understanding of LEED Accreditation to ensure sustainable architectural designs that minimize environmental impact.
• Expertise in 3D Rendering to visualize concepts effectively to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in construction documentation ensuring precision and clarity in technical specifications and plans.
• Basic knowledge of project management to effectively oversee and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and processes clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
