Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Design and develop creative architectural and interior solutions for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and project documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.
  • Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with design aesthetics and functionality.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve project challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
