Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CI/CD and DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in full-stack development, containerization technologies, CI/CD domain practices, and deep hands-on experience with patching and maintaining enterprise platforms, including OBIEE and database technologies.

This role additionally requires leveraging AI-driven automation, intelligent monitoring, and predictive analytics to improve pipeline reliability, accelerate deployments, and enhance system performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, cloud-native architectures, scalable system design, and modern AI tools that augment CI/CD processes, observability, and operational efficiency. You will work across engineering, QA, and operations to streamline deployments, integrate AI-powered automation, and maintain high system reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or Release Engineering.
• Strong hands-on background in full-stack development.
• Proven expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (OCI preferred).
• Extensive experience with Database (DB) and OBIEE technologies, including patching and maintenance.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

As a senior member of the Release Engineering division, the Key Responsibilities include

CI/CD & DevOps Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for builds, deployments, and automation across multiple environments.
• Implement and optimize release automation using DevOps tooling and AI-enhanced workflow optimizations.
• Improve CI/CD reliability by applying AI-based code quality checks, anomaly detection, and predictive failure insights.
  
  
  

Full-Stack Development

• Contribute to front-end and back-end development for internal tools and automation systems.
• Build AI-enabled internal dashboards, chat-based operational tools, and self-service developer capabilities.
  
  
  

Containerization & Cloud

• Deploy and manage microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
• Integrate cloud services—preferably OCI—and use cloud-native AI/ML services when applicable.
  
  
  

Patching Expertise (DB & OBIEE)

• Manage Oracle DB and OBIEE deployments, configurations, and release workflows.
• Oversee patch management across environments, including patch application, validation, rollback planning, and maintenance coordination.
• Utilize AI-powered automation to detect patch-related issues, compliance gaps, and post-patch anomalies.
  
  
  

Automation & Infrastructure

• Develop automation using Python, Bash, Shell, Groovy, or similar languages.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Leverage AIOps platforms for intelligent monitoring, log analysis, and automated remediation.
• Maintain monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), enhanced with AI-driven alerting and root-cause analysis.
  
  
  

Security, Compliance & Reliability

• Integrate AI-based security scanning and automated compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce audit-ready documentation using automated workflows and intelligent policy validation.
  
  
  

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Development, QA, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and rapid issue resolution.
• Participate in incident investigations, root-cause analysis (RCA), and long-term process and platform improvements.
