Your Role And Responsibilities
- Salesforce requirement gathering, drafting business cases, Requirement walkthrough with stakeholders, Requirement documentations and provide clarifications to stakeholders.
- Salesforce Business Analyst, Good verbal and written communication, Skilled in articulation of functional requirement to technical counterparts and vice versa.
- Responsibilities:
- Implementation knowledge - Experience in end-to-end salesforce solutioning/designing experience, fit-gap analysis, Impact analysis and
- estimation experience
- API integration knowledge - The structure and integrity of data flowing into, and out from, Salesforce

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in designing data model and architecture diagrams.
- Knowledge in performance improvement and tuning.
- Knowledge in Exception handling, alerting and monitoring mechanism
- Provide our deep technical and industry expertise to the Banking sector clients
