We are looking for a skilled App Developer with 3+ years of experience in Flutter and Native Android development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building mobile applications with a strong understanding of both cross-platform frameworks and native Android development. You will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing innovative apps for Android devices, while ensuring seamless integration with back-end services and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Native Android (Java/Kotlin).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend developers) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring app performance and bug-free releases.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, including Flutter updates and Android development best practices.
• Work with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and third-party libraries and SDKs.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Test and deploy applications in various environments (QA, staging, production).
• Support continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines for seamless app deployment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding app progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter and Native Android (Java/Kotlin).
• Strong understanding of Flutter framework for cross-platform development (iOS and Android).
• Proficient in Native Android development, including experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Java/Kotlin.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of state management in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with Firebase (authentication, Firestore, push notifications) and other cloud services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement clean, responsive designs.
• Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
• Experience with SQLite, Room, or other database solutions for Android.
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience with Jetpack libraries (e.g., Jetpack Compose, Navigation, WorkManager).
• Knowledge of app store submission and publishing process for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development (Flutter and Native Android).
