Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy during a pivotal growth phase and upcoming IPO. The CFO will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory readiness, value creation, strategic investments, and stakeholder trust across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with IPO objectives.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and LODR regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Manage investor relations and fundraising activities.
• Implement robust financial systems and Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of FEMA regulations and cross-border compliance.
• Proven track record in IPO preparation and execution.
