Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and validation of new analytical methods for evaluating the quality, safety, nutritional content of Food & Nutra products.
- Manage & oversee the analytical laboratory operations, including equipment, personnel workflows to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate closely with R&D Quality Assurance, Regulatory teams to ensure analytical methods align with product development goals and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy and precision in food & nutra-analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality standards such as FSSAI, FDA or ISO.
- Provide technical expertise including chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and microbiological testing.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve analytical issues in food & nutra product analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analytical procedures, method validation reports and other relevant records.
- Stay updated with the latest advances in food & nutra-analysis technologies and incorporate cutting-edge methods into the lab's practices.
