Your New Role…

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Investigate and resolve issues such as missing payments, duplicate invoices, and PO mismatches etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries through email, chat, and calls.
• Ensure AP inquiries comply with company policies.
• Support global internal and external customers
• In-depth knowledge of PTP processes.
• Ad hoc assignments as required by management.
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
  
  

Qualifications & Experience…

• Commerce Graduate (With 2 - 5 years of experience at least)
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice processing, and payment cycles.
• Previous experience of Service now is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP and Ariba is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• May occasionally provide training to business users.
• Attention to detail.
• Good understanding of cultural sensitivity and customer service ethics
• Global mindset & flexible approach to work
• Must be able to work well in a team or individually. Good team player
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines
