Job Title: Analyst - Client Reporting

Function: Investment Operations

Sub Function: Investment Reporting Services

Location: Mumbai

Shift: UK hours

Client Reporting Production:

• Prepare, review, and deliver periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) client reports, factsheets, and ad-hoc data requests.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting deliverables.
  
  

Data Management:

• Extract, validate, and analyse data from portfolio accounting systems, market data sources, and internal databases.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies through proactive coordination.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal teams including Portfolio Management, Performance Measurement, Compliance, and Sales Support to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Support client service teams to address reporting-related queries and requests.
  
  

Process Improvement:

• Support in identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process efficiency improvements within the reporting function.
• Contribute to ongoing projects focused on enhancing reporting tools, templates, and governance.
  
  

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all reporting is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements, client mandates, and internal controls.
• Adhere to data confidentiality policies and risk protocols.
