Your Role: Techno Commercial Manager – Poultry (East India & Bangladesh)
As the Techno Commercial Manager – Poultry, you will support the growth of Elanco’s poultry business across East India and Bangladesh. You will combine technical expertise in poultry health with commercial execution to strengthen customer relationships, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering technical support, and executing strategic account plans.

Your Role: Techno Commercial Manager – Poultry (East India & Bangladesh)
As the Techno Commercial Manager – Poultry, you will support the growth of Elanco’s poultry business across East India and Bangladesh. You will combine technical expertise in poultry health with commercial execution to strengthen customer relationships, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering technical support, and executing strategic account plans.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities within East India and Bangladesh.
- Provide technical support on poultry health, disease prevention, and flock management.
- Conduct farm visits, diagnostic evaluations, and recommend appropriate Elanco solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, integrators, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop account plans, monitor market trends, and support product promotion and launch activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry health, technical services, or commercial roles.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of poultry production + solid commercial acumen and customer engagement skills.
- Experience working with integrators, commercial farms, or poultry vaccine/health portfolios.
- Proven capability in technical presentations, farm troubleshooting, and diagnostic investigations.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, R&D, or technical services teams.
- Ability to analyze market insights and convert data into actionable business strategies.
- Prior experience managing distributor or key account relationships.
- Travel: Approximately 40–60% annually, including field visits across East India and Bangladesh.
- Location: This role will be based in Kolkata, India
