Position Overview:

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the customization and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop innovative, AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on merging and customizing LLMs to create a unique solution tailored to enhance our product development efforts.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing an architecture that leverages this LLM to drive innovation, streamline our software development process, and shape our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• LLM Customization and Merging:
• Research, experiment, and implement strategies for combining multiple LLMs or fine-tuning existing models to create a bespoke solution aligned with our goals.
• Leverage frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar to adapt and fine-tune LLMs.
• Product Development Integration:
• Develop an AI-powered architecture that integrates the customized LLM with existing software systems to support data-driven product development and decision-making.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify key areas where LLM insights can enhance workflows and improve roadmap prioritization.
• Data Handling and Training:
• Manage datasets for training and fine-tuning, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Continuously monitor and refine the LLM’s performance by incorporating feedback and newly available data.
• Architecture Design:
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure systems to integrate the LLM into our software stack.
• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align LLM capabilities with strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions using LLM-driven insights.
• Innovation and Research:
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLMs, natural language processing, and AI-driven software development.
• Propose innovative applications of LLMs to drive competitive advantage and optimize internal processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LLMs, including merging, fine-tuning, and deploying models.
• Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and concepts.
• Familiarity with data engineering pipelines, pre-processing, and augmentation for LLMs.
• Knowledge of scalable system design and architecture for AI/ML applications.
• Excellent programming skills in Python or similar languages commonly used for ML development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying LLMs to software development workflows or product management processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.
