The Role

You're joining as our Content, Script & AI Prompt Writer. Perfect for freshers or those with max 3 year experience who want to launch their career in a high-growth PropTech startup. Own storytelling that drives growth: demo scripts that close deals, AI prompts that power our platform. Learn fast, ship daily, see real impact .

What You'll Actually Do (Day 1 Ownership)

• GTM Scripts: Script sales decks, demo videos, customer onboarding flows. Test live, iterate based on feedback.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content ideation, drafting, and optimization to boost productivity storyboard creation.
• Social Media Content: Create engaging posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram that drive awareness and leads.
• Campaign Ownership: Collaborate with SEO team on optimized content. Write email campaigns and WhatsApp flows that convert.
• Product Storytelling: Translate features into customer language for in-app tours, help docs, case studies .
• Community Management: Engage with PropTech communities, respond to comments, build audience relationships, moderate discussions on social channels .

Who We're Looking For (

• Portfolio > Experience: Show us personal projects, college assignments, freelance work, or social media content with traction (even 1k+ views counts).
• Writing Superpower: Can explain complex ideas simply. Loves turning tech into stories people actually read.
• Fast Learner: Comfortable with AI tools like Notion, Loom, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT from day 1.
• Startup Energy: Thrives in ambiguity, bias for action, excited by fast feedback loops.
• Max 1 Year Exp: Freshers or early-career with internships/projects in content, marketing, or tech writing .

No Experience? No Problem If:

• You have a writing portfolio (blogs, social threads, scripts)
• Passion for PropTech/AI (bonus if you've written about it)
• Eager to learn startup GTM from scratch
