Key Responsibilities
Sales Business Development:
Lead the agency network's insurance sales efforts, meet sales objectives, and provide ongoing support to help agents enhance their performance.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents by providing training, guidance, and continuous assistance to ensure their success.
Agent Recruitment Development
Support the recruitment of new agents, oversee their onboarding, and foster their development to strengthen and expand the agency network.
Performance Monitoring
Track and assess agent performance, implementing strategies to boost productivity and improve sales results.
Compliance Reporting
Ensure agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, while keeping accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
