Job Overview

The Admission Counselor at Sardar Patel Academy & Research Centre plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. This is a junior-level freelance position based in various locations, including New Delhi, South Delhi, East Delhi, Pitampura, West Delhi, Meerut, and Baraut. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with prospective students and understanding their needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales skills to effectively promote the academy's courses and convert inquiries into enrollments (Mandatory skill).
  • Counseling skills to provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding their career choices and course enrollment (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in lead conversion, with a track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of educational programs and industry trends to provide insightful advice to students.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and databases to keep track of student information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to prospective students regarding various courses offered by the academy.
  • Engage with potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, to provide information and address inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the academy's courses to accurately address student queries.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful enrollments.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for students.
  • Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with local schools and colleges to source potential candidates.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and track progress in CRM systems.
