Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide the administrative team, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked and in optimal working condition.
  • Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring all expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Develop and implement financial KPIs to monitor the department’s performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to optimize fuel usage and reduce costs.
  • Develop and enforce policies for vehicle usage and maintenance schedules.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost control techniques.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Total years of working experience should be 8 - 10 years. Minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes, financial management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
