Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and guide the administrative team, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked and in optimal working condition.
- Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring all expenses remain within approved limits.
- Develop and implement financial KPIs to monitor the department’s performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to optimize fuel usage and reduce costs.
- Develop and enforce policies for vehicle usage and maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of budget management and cost control techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Total years of working experience should be 8 - 10 years. Minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, financial management, and performance metrics.
- Experience in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
