Your responsibilities

Responsible for transaction processing and meeting the daily required productivity Processing of PO and non-PO invoices, Credit Notes and Down Payments processing Timely & accurate completion of invoice verification/processing based on language, country & processes

• Preparing of weekly payment proposal run
• Attend and resolve supplier inquiries via emails and calls
• Ensure alignment with AP policy, SOP, regulatory requirements
  
  

Your profile

• A Bachelor degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable role managing end to end activities
• Possess strong accounting knowledge of the end to end AP process & SAP experince is a must
• 6.30pm - 3am - US Shift
