Accounts Payable Executive:
As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor payments, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining our financial records. You’ll oversee the full cycle of accounts payable operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and in line with company policies.
In this role, you will:
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships, resolving any discrepancies related to invoices or payments
- Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial policies
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with the month-end closing process
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal accounting standards
- Support external audits by providing relevant documentation and reports
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function
Must-Have Gear, What you'll need to join the team:
- 2-5 years of experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors
