Accounting & Tally Internship in Faridabad

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Management:
  
  

Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP/Prime.

Ensure timely posting of invoices, payments, and other transactions.

• GST Compliance:
  
  

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within deadlines.

Reconcile GST input/output and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

• Bank Reconciliation:
  
  

Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of bank statements.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Vendor Reconciliation:
  
  

Verify vendor invoices and perform periodic vendor reconciliations.

Coordinate with vendors for any discrepancies or payment clarifications.

• MS Excel and MS Office Expertise:
  
  

Analyze and manage large volumes of data using Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

Prepare reports, summaries, and MIS reports as required.

• Assist in Audit and Compliance:
  
  

Provide assistance during audits by ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and available.
