Accounting & Reporting Team Leader (Supply Chain)

WHO YOU ARE Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative environment that supports Ingka Investments’ objectives.

Internal Control & Risk Management: Oversee robust internal controls and reporting processes to mitigate financial risks, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliations and analyses.

Finance Processes & Improvement: Efficiently manage finance processes and activities, focusing on continuous improvement.

Financial Reporting: Ensure timely preparation and quality of statutory financial statements and support the consolidation of Ingka’s financial data as per bi-monthly schedules.

Payroll & Administration: Oversee payroll, tax issues, pension administration, and other People & Culture-related financial tasks, in partnership with the local People & Culture team.

Audit Management: Coordinate and execute internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing accounting team, ensuring the right competencies, performance, and succession planning.

Business Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to support a seamless shopping experience and serve as a trusted advisor on accounting matters.

Process Improvement: Implement and enhance efficient accounting and reporting processes to drive accuracy, productivity, and compliance with local GAAP and Ingka Reporting processes.

Financial Stewardship: Manage day-to-day financial activities and support the team on accounting and reporting inquiries.

Goal Setting & Planning: Align team goals with the business plan, setting clear objectives and action plans.

Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, and address findings and recommendations.

Project Contribution: Participate in local and global projects, providing insights from an accounting and reporting perspective.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Connect with core areas, business owners, and process teams within Ingka Group to foster a holistic approach and support ongoing business growth.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment, upholding Ingka’s policies for co-workers, contractors, and consultants.
