Your Tasks
Prepare, review, and present financial statements (IFRS / Local GAAP), cash flow reports, and performance analysis to stakeholders
Lead and manage the accounting team covering General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Payroll, and Fixed Assets; provide MIS to local management
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and support audit requirements
Ensure compliance with internal controls, global finance processes, and accounting KPIs
Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Manage end-to-end banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions
Ensure timely and high-quality financial accounting and month-end closings
Perform cost center accounting and prepare Statement of Income (SOI) as per IFRS and group guidelines
Lead annual budgeting, track actuals, and perform variance analysis
Drive continuous improvement in financial accounting processes
Participate in international finance transformation initiatives
Your Profile
Chartered Accountant with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience, including minimum 4 years leading an accounting team
Expert in finance and accounting processes within SAP ERP
Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS, IndAS, and Indian accounting standards
Proven stakeholder management skills with internal, regional, and global stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting key data to senior management
Fluent in English
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
Team-oriented, proactive, and possessing an international working mindset
