- Assist in the daily operations of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities
- Support the team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential clients
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget planning for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with property standards
- Provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to overall team success
