About The Role

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials
• Manages vendor relationships, ensures timely delivery, and maintains accurate procurement records.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure purchase needs are met efficiently while optimizing cost, quality, and timelines.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms
• Negotiate terms with vendors
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain updated records of purchased items
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays or defects
