Key Responsibilities

  • Passing accounting entries to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and the audit of financial statements.
  • Preparing and filing various tax returns by making various tax calculations and reconciliations.
  • Working on company law-related matters, including minute writing and filing various forms.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports, MIS, and forecasts for clients.
  • Working on the preparation of replies to various tax notices and submission to the officer.

About Company: A V Kedia & Associates is a CA firm involved in audit and taxation for various companies. Our office is located right next to WEH metro station, Andheri East in Mumbai and we undertake varied assignments pertaining to taxation, accounts, audit, company law, FEMA, etc.
