Accountant

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our Finance Department. This is a full-time entry-level/intermediate opportunity for candidates passionate about accounting, finance operations, and working in a structured, technology-driven environment.

• Supporting day-to-day accounting and finance activities across sales, purchases, receivables, and internal audit.
• Working on Zoho Books and other finance-related tools.
• Directly managing accounts receivables and coordinating with customers over Phone, Email, WhatsApp to optimize receivables.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely invoice creation, payment processing, and customer communication.
• Assisting in preparing MIS reports, VAT filings, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
• Helping maintain and audit financial records including vendor/customer transactions and internal reconciliations.
• Managing follow-ups with customers for payments and keeping records updated in Google Drive, Sheets, and Zoho Desk.
• Maintaining clear documentation, supporting internal audits, and adhering to finance-related SOPs.
• Handling intercompany documentation and transaction reconciliation.
• Assisting the finance team with collections, suspensions, and coordination with other departments.
• Supporting the Finance Head in reporting and compliance activities.
• Managing General Accounts related activities

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting/finance (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage.
• Must have strong documentation and process-following skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• Should possess common sense, logical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision.
• Organized and good at time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in audits and financial reconciliation.
• Should be proactive and reliable in handling sensitive financial data.

• The candidate must have access to a laptop and stable internet connection for work.
• Monthly Total Salary between INR 15,000 to 20,000, depending on experience and skill level.
• Monthly Performance Incentive of up to INR 5,000 based on performance (evaluated on a 10-point performance scale).
• Additional incentives or bonuses may be offered based on company policy and contribution.
