  • Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Accounts
  • Issuing Cheque, Voucher, Receipt, in the Accounting software, AP, Invoice, JV, daily Accounting routine work
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently, timely execution of responsibilities and problem solving aptitude is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of GST 3B, R-1, 2B Reco. and return sheet preparation
  • Knowledge of TDS rate , deduction, deposit and its Return sheet preparation
  • Previous Experience in using SAP B1 will be given preference
  • Weekly Vendor Payment, entry, Voucher, and Payment Advise, sending to Suppliers
  • Cheque Deposit, Issue, maintaining in excel, and Accounting Software
  • AP, Invoice, Purchase entry, JV, Bank Reco. daily Bank reco
  • Cash Book Writing, Petty Cash JV Entry,
  • Debit/Credit Note issue to - Customers, Party reconciliations
  • Credit/Debit Note issue to Vendors, Vendor Reco.
  • Customer / Supplier ledger Reconciliation
  • Checking and passing Transportation Bills relating to Purchase
  • Stock management, maintenance and Report
  • Monthly TDS/TCS Deposit and preparing its Qrtly. Return on time
  • GST Challan deposit , R-1 Sheet, 3-B Sheet, and its 2B Reco on monthly basis
  • Monthly Stock report sending to Bank
  • Checking and verification of data/reports, Bills, and its passing
  • Generating Accounting Books writing as per Software
