Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Account Executive – Indian Branch will be responsible for executing core accounting operations including Tally-based bookkeeping, expense entry, GST/TDS validation, and coordination with outsourced service providers. The role will ensure end-to-end compliance, accurate financial documentation, and efficient interaction with banks and partners to support seamless financial governance for the Bengaluru subsidiary.

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Salary : INR 300,000 - 500,000/year

Location : Bengaluru, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on expertise in accounting operations and tax process validation.

• Strong organizational precision and detail-oriented work approach.

• Effective stakeholder coordination and communication capability.

• Adaptability to multi-task across bank coordination, outsourced vendor communication, and internal reporting.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes.

• Exposure to Korean company culture (preferred) and ability to work in cross-functional settings.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing industry environment.

• Strong proficiency in Tally and transactional accounting workflows.

• High competency in documentation and MS Office tools for financial records and reporting.

• Ability to handle GST/TDS processes in collaboration with external partners.

• English proficiency for communication and documentation.
