Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality educational delivery and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee class schedules, student services, admissions, fee collections, and overall center administration.
• Collaborate with instructors to maintain teaching standards, monitor student progress, and address learning challenges.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular feedback, progress updates, and counseling.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote programs and achieve enrollment targets.
• Prepare reports, plan academic events, and share insights with regional and senior management for continuous improvement.
  
  

Openings are at the following centers

• Central Line - Kalyan, Dombivali & Thane.
• Western Line - Borivali & Malad.
• Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.
  
  

Shift Timings

• Morning shift: 7-4 PM.
