Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor instructors and support staff to ensure high-quality educational delivery and smooth daily operations.
- Oversee class schedules, student services, admissions, fee collections, and overall center administration.
- Collaborate with instructors to maintain teaching standards, monitor student progress, and address learning challenges.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular feedback, progress updates, and counseling.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote programs and achieve enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports, plan academic events, and share insights with regional and senior management for continuous improvement.
- Central Line - Kalyan, Dombivali & Thane.
- Western Line - Borivali & Malad.
- Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.
- Morning shift: 7-4 PM.
- Afternoon shift: 12-9 PM.
