Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **3D Visualiser** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders of architectural designs. You must have strong expertise in **Lumion** and **SketchUp**, and the ability to work collaboratively with the design team to deliver visual outputs on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic and visually appealing 3D renders of architectural design concepts.
• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution of renderings.
• Translate 2D plans and sketches into compelling 3D visualisations.
• Optimize models and renders for best performance and quality.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Lumion and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of design, lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  
  

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with other 3D modeling/rendering tools like V-Ray, Twinmotion, or 3ds Max.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production work.
