As our Product Executive, you’ll support the Destination Product Manager in building all aspects of our India trips. You’ll collaborate with the Product, Sales, Contracting, Operations, Reservations and Finance teams to create seamless trips. You’ll partner with external stakeholders across the business to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.

In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to the Product Team and work on projects as needed. You’ll also maintain our systems and processes, ensuring data is accurate and compliant with best practices. Most importantly, you’ll help us deliver the highest quality trips for our customers!

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in New Delhi, India. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

• Proven experience in managing a range of travel products with a commercial focus
• Strong background in trip design and operations, ideally with small group adventures.
• Experience working with destination management companies and third-party suppliers, including pricing, cost negotiations, and incident management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Solid understanding of global travel and tourism trends
