Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our team at SK Design Studio. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual representations of architectural and interior design concepts using advanced 3D modeling and rendering software. You will work closely with architects, designers, and developers to bring their ideas to life and provide design documentation assistance throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a 3D Designer in the architecture or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into 3D visualizations.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Understanding of construction documentation and ability to create detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet project requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Create realistic and visually appealing 3D models of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Produce high-quality renderings and walkthrough animations to showcase design ideas.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide design documentation assistance, including creating detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D design software.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide creative input to enhance project outcomes.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
