Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction (Voice Process):
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Offer support for troubleshooting, product inquiries, or service-related problems.
- Process customer requests, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the brand image by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Customer Support (Chat Process):
- Engage with customers via chat, offering assistance and resolving queries in real time.
- Maintain a professional tone and clarity while communicating with customers via text.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide customers, and provide solutions efficiently.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-up on pending issues to provide continuous support.
- Escalation Management:
- If a query or issue cannot be resolved at your level, escalate it to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for further reference.
- Problem-Solving:
- Quickly analyze customer complaints and offer efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Think on your feet and remain calm under pressure to handle difficult situations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback sessions to improve performance.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Stay updated on any product/service changes and company policies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for voice and chat processes. You should be able to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Being able to assess a situation and find an effective solution is a key skill for customer support roles.
- Patience and Empathy: A customer-first approach requires patience, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Multitasking: Handling multiple queries at the same time is a common aspect of chat support. Being able to switch between tasks efficiently will set you up for success.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately noting down customer issues and feedback is important for resolving queries and maintaining quality.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge is necessary, especially in navigating chat platforms and CRM systems.
