Marini India is part of the FAYAT Mixing Plants Division, serving both the Indian domestic market and international customers.

FAYAT Mixing Plants is a leading player in the design and manufacturing of continuous and batch mixing plants. With 9 manufacturing sites and nearly 1,000 employees worldwide, the Division operates across all continents and serves customers in a wide range of international markets.

Its industrial footprint includes sites in France, Italy, India, China, Turkey, Brazil and the United States.

Your mission :
As part of its continuous improvement strategy, Marini India is looking to further strengthen its quality standards and manufacturing processes, particularly to meet the requirements of its European internal and external customers.

Your mission will focus on two key areas: manufacturing processes and process capability, as well as Lean manufacturing and shop floor management :

Manufacturing processes & process capability, you will:
- Conduct a critical review of existing manufacturing processes;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to address safety and quality issues and reduce dependency on individual operators;
- Support the standardisation of manufacturing practices;
- Capitalise on existing know-how through the implementation of Standardised Work Instructions (SWI) for critical process stages.

Lean manufacturing & shop floor management, you will:
- Contribute to defining relevant KPIs in line with the site's operational strategy;
- Support the deployment of these KPIs on the shop floor through appropriate visual management tools;
- Monitor progress and help identify areas for improvement;
- Contribute to developing a sustainable continuous improvement culture across shop floor operations.

Your profile :
You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, and ideally have a first experience, through an internship, apprenticeship or first position, in production management, industrial performance, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.Experience in an industrial environment such as metalworking, metallurgy, automotive or aerospace would be a strong asset.

- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Are proactive, adaptable and resourceful;
- Enjoy working closely with operational teams and being present on the shop floor;
- Are curious and open-minded, with a genuine interest in discovering a new culture and working in an international environment.
