Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Python programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of MySQL including:
  • Complex queries
  • Joins and subqueries
  • Query optimization
  • Data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience troubleshooting REST APIs and web applications.
  • Experience in data upload in DB using CSV or excel.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API integrations.
  • Understanding of application logs and debugging techniques.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.

Functional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and application workflows.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and customer-facing applications.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling customer calls independently.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CRM, ERP, Workflow Management, Job Management, or Lead

Management applications.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Product Support, or a similar

customer-facing technical role.

  • Proven experience supporting production applications and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage critical customer issues and escalations.
