Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Fulfill and convert the leads sourced through call centres
- Acquire new business from the market while maintaining portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through effective channel engagement and support.
- Drive key conversion efficiency metrics
- Resourcing and deploying the DSTs to effectively fulfil the leads
- Ensure effective implementation of process and policy while sourcing the business
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline full time
- Minimum of 3 years in BFSI
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and channel operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
