Job Description

Designation - Territory Account Manager

Location - Guwahati

  • Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Provides support for internal teams in the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems function. Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • ------- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ------
  • Completes more complex tasks for Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems, and follows processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Implements objective-driven clinical sales training program inclusive of strategy, process, and collateral.
  • Updates sales audit database by entering, verifying, and securing data.
  • Leverages strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and reviews customer demands and feedback.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services, and escalates unusual cases to manager.
  • Helps track information resulting from clinical, procedural, and technical discussions for reference.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
