Job Description

  • Good knowledge of SAP modules: Finance
  • Handling of Bills Payable & Receivable
  • Outstanding Ageing Analysis (OS Ageing)
  • Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
  • Preparation & processing of Debit Notes and Credit Notes
  • Travelling Expense GL Entries & accounting entries
  • Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors Ledgers
  • Customer & Vendor Account Management for daily operational activities
  • Control and monitoring of Branch Budget Expenses
  • Scheme calculation & disbursement
  • Processing of Purchase Orders (PO), MIGO & MIRO activities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office with advanced expertise in Excel
  • Preparation of MIS Reports as required by management on a daily basis
  • Working knowledge of GST Reports and compliance
  • Control branch commercial documentation and audit compliance
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth business functioning
  • Support management with financial planning and commercial decision-making
