Job Description

Telecalling & Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain immigration-related services.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about available services.
  • Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable immigration service options.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

Sales & Conversion

  • Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and convincing skills.
  • Explain service features, processes, requirements, and applicable charges to potential clients.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Address basic customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing when required.

Salary
