Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Oracle Fusion Application Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and governance of security across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM applications. This role ensures secure, compliant, and scalable access management aligned with Oceaneering’s internal controls, SOX requirements, and enterprise application security standards.
The role partners closely with Functional Analysts, Internal Audit, HR, Finance, and IT Operations to support access provisioning, role design, audits, quarterly reviews, and production support across global Oracle Fusion environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Oracle Fusion Application Security Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and governance of security across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM applications. This role ensures secure, compliant, and scalable access management aligned with Oceaneering’s internal controls, SOX requirements, and enterprise application security standards.
The role partners closely with Functional Analysts, Internal Audit, HR, Finance, and IT Operations to support access provisioning, role design, audits, quarterly reviews, and production support across global Oracle Fusion environments.
Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Security Administration
- Design, configure, and maintain job roles, duty roles, data roles, and custom roles across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Perform user provisioning, role assignments, and access modifications using best‑practice security design principles.
- Configure and manage data security policies, security profiles, and role hierarchies to enforce least‑privilege access.
- Manage procurement agent setup, data access assignments, and enterprise role mappings.
- Execute quarterly SOX access reviews, including user access certifications, remediation actions, and audit evidence preparation.
- Support termination, transfer, and periodic access recertification activities in alignment with audit timelines.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing security documentation, role mappings, and access logs.
- Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) compliance across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and SCM processes.
- Develop and support BI Publisher data models, reports, and OTBI analysis with appropriate role‑based data security.
- Partner with Finance and HR teams to deliver secure dashboards and operational reports.
- Perform UI personalization and page‑level security using Oracle Sandbox, Simulate Navigator, and component security.
- Manage object hiding, menu configuration, and functional access restrictions using Oracle Fusion tools.
- Support security‑related activities for data migration using FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
- Participate in post‑clone and instance refresh activities for DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
- Conduct post‑refresh security validation and reconciliation to ensure environment consistency.
- Provide post‑production application security support, including incident resolution and user access troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Oracle Functional, Technical, and Infrastructure teams during releases and quarterly patch cycles.
- Document security standards, role catalogs, naming conventions, and governance procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Total experience of 9+ years and 6+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application Security.
- Strong experience supporting ERP, HCM, and SCM security in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with SOX controls, audits, and compliance activities.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and analytics security.
- Hands‑on experience with FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion role architecture and data security framework.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments with regulated compliance requirements.
- Prior experience supporting post‑go‑live and production support models.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Exposure to Oracle quarterly release impact analysis from a security standpoint.
