Work Days: 6 days (Monday – Saturday)

BrightCHAMPS is a global live-learning EdTech platform for kids aged 6 to 16, offering courses in coding, robotics, AI, math, financial literacy, communication, and other future-ready skills.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Interns to join our hiring team and support recruitment across key business functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records with accuracy.
• Support end-to-end hiring for non-tech and business roles as required.
• Assist with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
