About the Role~
This is a key role responsible for coordinating demand, supply, inventory and production planning across our internal and external supply chain.
You will translate sales forecasts and customer requirements into clear, achievable supply plans, working closely with production, procurement, logistics and commercial teams. You will help improve planning discipline, provide greater visibility of risks and support the business in meeting its customer service, revenue and inventory objectives.

Role Responsibilities~
- Supporting the development and delivery of demand, supply and inventory planning processes for the T-FIT business.
- Coordinating regular demand and supply reviews, ensuring assumptions, constraints, risks and actions are clearly captured.
- Translating sales forecasts and customer requirements into practical supply and production plans.
- Working closely with production sites, procurement, logistics and commercial teams to align supply with demand.
- Maintaining accurate planning data, assumptions and key system inputs.
- Monitoring inventory and product availability, identifying risks relating to customer service, excess stock and working capital.
- Identifying capacity constraints, material risks and planning gaps that could affect monthly supply or revenue.
- Producing clear planning reports and updates covering demand, supply, inventory, service and forecast accuracy.
- Improving data quality, planning discipline and adherence to agreed processes.
- Escalating risks and trade-offs clearly, supported by practical recommendations.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting and ways of working.
- At least five years’ experience within supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing, logistics or a related role.
- A good understanding of demand, supply, inventory or production planning principles.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, spreadsheets, enterprise resource planning systems and planning reports.
- The ability to turn commercial forecasts and customer requirements into realistic operational plans.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across commercial, manufacturing, procurement and logistics teams.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions constructively, identify risks and recommend appropriate action.
- This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia, therefore strong spoken and written English is essential.
- A degree or professional qualification in supply chain, business, engineering or a related subject.
- Experience with sales and operations planning, sales and operations execution, material requirements planning or enterprise resource planning processes.
- Experience working within an international or multi-site manufacturing business.
