Your Role
As a DCC Analyst , you will own end-to-end Design Change Coordination (DCC) execution with strong accountability. You will ensure engineering changes are accurately translated into system updates across supply chain, manufacturing, and suppliers, supporting program stability and launch readiness.

DCC Analyst – Supply Chain Operations

Your Role
As a DCC Analyst , you will own end-to-end Design Change Coordination (DCC) execution with strong accountability. You will ensure engineering changes are accurately translated into system updates across supply chain, manufacturing, and suppliers, supporting program stability and launch readiness.
In this role, you will:
- Execute assigned DCC processes including design intake, classification, impact analysis, coordination, execution, and closure.
- Conduct impact analysis across BOMs, plants, programs, suppliers, and logistics to define adoption scenarios and risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to confirm readiness and timelines.
- Execute and validate updates in PLM/ERP systems (BOMs, applicability, adoption dates) ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
- Identify and resolve issues; provide structured escalations with root cause and recommendations.
- Support audits, trials, and readiness checks before production or change adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement through standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering operations, supply chain execution, or change management.
- Experience handling processes independently with cross-functional coordination.
- Exposure to PLM, ERP, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
