Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for Metallic –Sheet metal & fabrication and will be based at Greater Noida Plant.
This position will be responsible for driving all new part development & current product improvement activities for CNH India plants parts under Sheet Metal & Fabrication _Metallic.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Sheet Metal & Fabrication for development of parts in India for AG & CE segment.
New Product development - To perform various activities of Design Reviews, Technical feasibility with suppliers, Supplier Interactions, Development Plans, Technical support to meet project timelines.
Current Product Management - To support regional Plant quality team in resolving current product issues and improvement.
Planning and undertaking Supplier Improvement plans through Reactive/ Preventive and Proactive approach.
To interact with peers of various functions like Purchasing, PD, Plant Quality, PDP.
Has to interact on activities like NPD bottlenecks, technical evaluation of suppliers, PIR resolution, Current product improvement, support to supply chain bottlenecks etc.
Experience Required
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
10 years experience in handling SQA / SQE in an automotive organization handling Sheet Metal & Fabricaiton parts development like Front Hoods, Rear Hoods, Fenders, ROPS, CABs, Structural Parts & other Sheet Metal & Fabrication Parts.
