This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day sales support operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Management or Engineering

0-4 years experience

NIL

Key Responsibilities

Provide operation support for order booking.

Track Contract Notification Tab

Reserve all Orders for assigned Account managers.

All orders to be approved within 48 hours of entry into package validation.

All Name Change Requests to be entered in Tiger and SFDC.

Disconnection order to be created within 24 hours of receiving the request from collections or Credit team and order needs to process immediately.
