Summary

Position Summary

As a Specialist, Designer, you will create motion graphics and video content that support business priorities, campaigns, and communications. This role combines creative execution with collaboration across internal stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual assets. You will help manage production workflows, maintain quality standards, and deliver video content on time across a range of digital formats.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Designer on the design team, you will be responsible for:

• Create and deliver motion graphics and video content for digital channels, including websites, mobile platforms, and internal or client-facing presentations.
• Translate concepts, proposals, and source content into visual storyboards, video themes, and design assets with limited supervision.
• Edit raw footage and produce final video deliverables using color correction, audio editing, effects, transitions, and motion design techniques.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and design professionals to manage project timelines, resolve production issues, and support high-quality deliverables.
• Apply current motion design trends, tools, and production practices to improve creative output and support business and communication objectives.
• Explore and implement the latest firm approved AI workflows within daily production processes to enhance creative quality, expand visual possibilities, and optimize project timelines

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field with specialization in video or motion graphics
• 4-7 years of experience in video and motion graphics development
• Experience using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition
• Experience creating motion graphics and video content for digital media, including websites or mobile platforms
• Experience editing raw footage, applying transitions and effects, and performing color correction and audio edits
• Experience developing storyboards, visual concepts, or presentation-driven design assets
• Experience using intranet platforms, or SharePoint
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with internal stakeholders or client account teams on video or motion graphics deliverables
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project or stakeholder coordination during creative production workflows
• Experience creating proposal-related visual assets or presentation content
