Job Description
The IT SCM Solutions Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, delivering functional and technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM ecosystem. This role requires understanding across core SCM/SE modules, combined with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in reporting, data integration, and system optimization. The consultant will support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/SE, driving process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and enabling scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Position is based in Chandigarh, India. Oceaneering offers a flexible hybrid work environment.

This center caters to diverse business needs, from oil and gas field infrastructure, subsea robotics to automated material handling & logistics.
Our multidisciplinary team offers a wide spectrum of solutions, encompassing Subsea Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Control Systems, Software Development, Asset Integrity Management, Inspection, ROV operations, Field Network Management, Graphics Design & Animation, and more.
In addition to these technical functions, Oceaneering India Center plays host to several crucial business functions, including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

The IT SCM Solutions Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, delivering functional and technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM ecosystem. This role requires understanding across core SCM/SE modules, combined with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in reporting, data integration, and system optimization. The consultant will support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/SE, driving process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and enabling scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
- Develop and manage FBDI data loads.
- Support integrations using REST/SOAP services and middleware such as OIC.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM/SE modules including Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management, Product Master Data, and Planning, Manufacturing, Asset Management, and Maintenance.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Develop test scripts and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Experience with SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Costing, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, FBDI, and integrations.
- Understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience in global environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security roles.
- Experience with RFGen or manufacturing integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud updates.
