About Position
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Java IAM) with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable backend applications with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, cloud-enabled solutions using modern technologies, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

- Required Skills Proficiency in Java Backend
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of AWS along with IAM + OIDC
- Strong proficiency in Java Backend development with solid coding and design principles
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud-native development
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience working with OIDC (OpenID Connect) for authentication and authorization
- Ability to design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Good communication and collaboration skills in an agile team environment
