We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development and support of the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform, with a focus on policy administration functionality, business services, integrations and core insurance workflows across underwriting, billing and policy servicing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions within EIS PolicyCore v12
- Build Java-based integrations between EIS and enterprise applications
- Implement and maintain event-driven processing using EIS Application Events
- Create REST APIs and service integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Assist with application releases and production deployments
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams and Product Owners
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Java development with the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform
- Expertise in policy administration functionality, business services and core insurance workflows
- Knowledge of application events, batch processing and enterprise system integrations
- Skills in REST API development and service integrations
- Background in supporting policy lifecycle processes across underwriting, billing and policy servicing
- Proficiency in production troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, QA and Product Owners
