Job Description
1. Design systems and products by reasoning from first principles and applying fundamental concepts of electromagnetics 2. Create stamping drawings, schematic of winding layout, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing, and assembly 3. Works closely with Cross-Functional Teams like Quality, Supply chain, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to ensure flawless implementation of new products 4. Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day actions related to product development and process improvements 5. Works with fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for further development of new products and improvement of existing products 6. Confirms system and product capabilities through design verification and testing 7. Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, validating finished products and sub-systems, and confirming manufacturing, assembly, and installation processes 8. Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs 9. Prepare product reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends 10. Ensures design files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance with departmental procedures

Responsibilities
- Design and Development of Motors, especially AC induction motors and Special machines like BLDC, Synchronous reluctance motors, etc.
- Exposure to ANSYS and AutoCAD (mandatory), Solid works (optional)
Requirements

- B.E. in Electrical Engineering with experience in Motor design and development, especially in AC induction motors and Special machines like BLDC, Synchronous reluctance motors, etc.
- Exposure to ANSYS and AutoCAD (mandatory), Solid works (optional)
